Returns Policy
If items have not been received please contact us within 2 weeks of your dispatch emails so we can track and investigate this for you. If you inform us after the 2 week time frame we will not be able to offer you a refund, you will be offered a replacement once investigated fully.
Personalised products
All personalised full price, promotional and sale products do not qualify for a refund. Please double check all spelling before purchasing as we will personalise with the name you have inputted. In the unlikely case there is an error with your product or RG Boutiques has misspelled the name you have requested you will qualify for a refund and we will cover the return fee.
Not personalised products
Should you wish to return your item/items , returns should be made within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original unworn condition. The buyer must pay for the cost of returning. In the unlikely case that RG Boutiques has made an error with your order RG Boutiques will cover the return fee.
Not personalised sale products
Not personalised sale products do not qualify for a refund but exchange only. All items must be in original unworn condition. The buyer must pay for all additional shipping costs of returning and for the exchanged product.
